Brenda Asterino is a lifelong seeker and seasoned energy practitioner who blends science, spirit, and service to support healing on every level of being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
With a Master’s degree in Education, a background in biology, and over two decades of energy training, Brenda brings both intuitive wisdom and practical grounding to her work. Her clients include individuals of all ages and needs, animals, land, and even group environments. Each session is attuned to the person or place at hand—whether clearing a home, supporting recovery from injury or trauma, or simply bringing balance to an overwhelmed nervous system.
A Journey Rooted in Healing
After a car accident ended her career in public education, Brenda began exploring alternative healing methods as part of her own recovery. What she discovered transformed her life. Energy work didn’t just restore her body—it awakened her soul. Since then, she has continued learning, practicing, and offering healing across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Brenda’s Approach to Energy Work
Brenda blends multiple energy modalities—including Reiki, Healing Touch, Sacred Geometry, Toning, and intuitive guidance—while allowing Spirit to lead. Her sessions address the subtle field of the body, clear energetic blockages, and bring the client into deeper alignment with their own healing capacity.
Whether she’s working with children on the autism spectrum, supporting grief recovery, clearing heavy energies from land, or guiding group experiences, Brenda does so with deep respect and an open heart.
A Love for Animals and the Earth
Animals have always held a special place in Brenda’s heart. With training in energy work for horses and other species, she offers gentle, respectful healing for beloved animal companions. She’s also passionate about ancestral healing, environmental balance, and community storytelling.
Author, Poet, and Broadcaster
Brenda is also a published poet and the author of Pathways: Walking Through Creation, a reflective journey into spirituality, love, and life itself. Her poetry has been featured in Uncommon Solitude, The Stranger, and San Juan Journal, among others. She has produced programs for public radio and television, volunteered with Native and Indigenous causes, and continues to explore mystical themes like reincarnation, astral experiences, and ancestral memory through both writing and service.
