Expect a clear, action-oriented session that maps your recurring patterns, explains their sources, and provided practical steps and energetic tools you can apply immediately. Attendees gain a tangible plan and renewed agency to show up more aligned with their goals and values. 

Pattern Disruption Sessions 

Pattern disruption workshop series offers a concise, four-session program designed to help you identify and interrupt habitual patterns that hinder progress. Led by Intuitive Tammi, this 60-minute session delivers practical insights and quick exercises you can apply immediately to foster clearer decision-making and momentum.

Under the powerful energy, and light, of the full moon on Saturday, I had an incredibly potent and powerful Get Your Shit Together session with Tammi Morrison. As she helped me with releasing and aligning, I felt like I was floating and spinning.
